How to Order?
Ready to order? Here's how you go about doing so!
1. Click on 'Order Here' located at the top right hand corner of the site
2. Fill in your order details on the order form and click 'send'. Please ensure that you fill up your contact details so that we can get back to you in case of any clarifications.
3. As soon as we process your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the contact provided. The email will contain the following:
- Confirmation of order details
- Order confirmation number
- Total amount payable
- Account number to ibank/atm transfer to
Should there be any discrepancies with the order details, please email us with the necessary correction and we will get back to you as soon as can.
4. Please make necessary payments via ibank/atm transfer to the account number provided.Once done, please reply to the confirmation email stating that you have paid, as well as your bank account number/transaction number.
5. As soon as we confirm your payment, we will send you a final confirmation email of your purchase. This email will be your proof of purchase.
Delivery Details
Not available during the Chinese New Year period to deliver your flowers personally? Fret not, we can do the job for you!
Our delivery timings are from 0900 hrs on 12th Feb to 2359 hrs on 14th Feb.For delivery within NUS (Kent Ridge Campus)- A $2 delivery charge will be imposed for all orders. Please indicate the Faculty/ LT/ time & contact no. of the person that you wish to send to.
For delivery outside of NUS On 12th or 13th Feb before 10 pm – A delivery charge of $10 will be imposed on orders under $100. Delivery would be FREE OF CHARGE for orders above $100.
From 13th Feb 10pm onwards (including 14th Feb) – A delivery charge of $15 will be imposed on orders under $100. Delivery would be FREE OF CHARGE for orders above $100
Self collection can also be done at the Bizad Club Room without any delivery charge.
